Our story of Anari
Our story of Anari is a story of a rhyme family and a set of coincidences. Amari rose in the American registers in the 1990s and brought Kamari, Jamari, Emari and Anari with it — the same shape, the front swapped. Elsewhere in the world the letters spell a Cypriot whey cheese and appear in several unrelated languages. None of those is the source. Anari appears from the 2000s and belongs to the American family, which is a real if short pedigree.

The Julieanne test
Every popular name lives one long story — a climb, a peak, a slow settling back. Anari's later chapters haven't been written yet, so we borrowed them: Julieanne climbed just as high around 1987, and its whole arc is on record. Line the two peaks up, and Julieanne's path sketches the road Anari is walking now.
Anari sits in the calm middle of the cycle — neither chasing a wave nor sliding off one. Middle-of-the-cycle names age slowly and predictably.
