When money comes back, and how.

Name Battle Unlimited is one-time digital access, made available the moment you buy it. Because the free plan lets you try every game before upgrading, purchases are generally final once Unlimited access has been delivered or used, except where the law requires otherwise.

Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, no longer need Unlimited, or did not reach a naming decision after using it. The games are tools; they are not a promise that everyone will agree.

A refund is available if:

• the law of your country gives you a right to one;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or
• a material technical problem prevents you from using the Unlimited features described on the pricing page, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time after you contact us.

Paddle.com, our merchant of record, handles the transaction and may also review requests case by case under its own refund policy, generally within 14 days of purchase. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund; the transaction record and use of the Unlimited features may be considered when reviewing one.

Unlimited access begins immediately after purchase. Where the law permits it, by asking for immediate access and beginning to use the digital product you may lose a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase. Where it does not, your right stands: consumers in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, for example, have 14 days, and other countries set their own windows, which Paddle’s policy lists.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.

1. Email support@babynamebattles.com from the address connected to your account — or open the support link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”.
2. Include the email address used for the purchase, your Paddle receipt or transaction number, and a brief description of the issue.
3. For a technical problem, we may first ask for what we need to reproduce it. In most cases fixing it is faster than refunding it, and you keep the thing you wanted.

We aim to answer every request within two business days.

If a refund is approved:

• your account returns to the free plan immediately;
• the Unlimited features become unavailable; and
• you keep what you already made. Vote pools, swipe decks and comparisons you shared stay readable at their links, because the family and friends voting in them are not party to the refund.

Refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Approved refunds are generally processed within 14 days, though your bank or card issuer may need a little longer to show it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy apply to the transaction itself. Where they and this page differ, the one that gives you more applies.
