The service
Name Battle helps parents compare baby names using public US statistics and share votes with family and friends. Free features are described on the pricing page.
The purchase
Name Battle Unlimited is a one-time purchase of $7.77 (plus applicable taxes). It unlocks the features listed on the pricing page for as long as Name Battle Unlimited remains available and the account is in good standing. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and has no recurring charges. The transaction is handled by Paddle.com as our merchant of record and authorised reseller; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.
Refunds and immediate digital access
Name Battle Unlimited is digital access supplied immediately after purchase. Except where applicable law or Paddle's buyer policies require otherwise, transactions are not refundable or exchangeable once Unlimited access has been delivered or used. Paddle may review requests case by case and may take use of the Unlimited features into account.
If a refund is approved, Unlimited access ends immediately and the account returns to the Free plan. Work you already shared stays readable at its links. See the refund policy for the full detail.
No guaranteed outcome
Name Battle provides tools and public statistics to help people compare baby names. It does not guarantee that you, your partner or anyone else you invite will agree on a name, or settle on one at all.
Fair use
- Don't abuse polls (automated voting, spam, harassment).
- Don't scrape the site or resell the data or reports.
- We may close polls or accounts that violate these rules; paid users in good standing keep their access.
Content and accuracy
Statistics come from the US Social Security Administration's public dataset. Name meanings and cultural notes are editorial content provided for inspiration — not professional advice. The final naming decision (and responsibility for it) is happily yours.
