Julieanna
Feminine · “Latin "of the Julian family”
Julius is a claim of descent from a goddess. The Julian family traced itself to Iulus, son of Aeneas, whose mother was Venus — so the family name was a genealogical argument, and Julius Caesar used it as one, delivering a funeral speech that spelled the descent out.

The story of Julieanna
Caesar made the claim explicit in about 68 BC, in a funeral oration for his aunt Julia reported by Suetonius: her family, he said, descended on one side from kings and on the other from the immortal gods, since the Julii sprang from Venus. It was a political statement as much as a genealogical one, and Augustus later built the whole official mythology of the regime on it, with Virgil's Aeneid as its literary form. Very few surnames anywhere assert divine ancestry. The Christian name Julia spread independently through several saints, and the compound Julieanna is an American formation of the 1990s and 2000s, peaking in 2006.

Latin "of the Julian family", joined to Hebrew "grace"
Julius is a Roman gens name traditionally derived from Iulus, also called Ascanius, the son of Aeneas. The derivation is a family tradition rather than a linguistic fact, and the name's actual origin is not established. Anna is from Hebrew Hannah, grace or favor. Julieanna is an American compound of Julie and Anna; the pair carries no meaning beyond the two halves.
