The story of Mehreen
Mithra was an Indo-Iranian deity of oaths, contracts and the light that sees them kept, worshipped from India to Rome. Persian wore the name down to mehr, which in modern usage means the sun, kindness and love — and names the seventh month of the Iranian calendar. Mehreen is a modern Urdu formation on it and is used chiefly in Pakistan, reaching American and British records from there.

The Tyliah test
Every popular name lives one long story — a climb, a peak, a slow settling back. Mehreen's later chapters haven't been written yet, so we borrowed them: Tyliah climbed just as high around 2002, and its whole arc is on record. Line the two peaks up, and Tyliah's path sketches the road Mehreen is walking now.
Mehreen sits in the calm middle of the cycle — neither chasing a wave nor sliding off one. Middle-of-the-cycle names age slowly and predictably.
