Our story of Farron
Faron Young, 'the Hillbilly Heartthrob', was one of the great country singers of the fifties, and in 1961 he recorded 'Hello Walls', a song about a man talking to the walls of his empty room, written by a young Texan songwriter nobody had heard of yet: Willie Nelson. It became a number-one country hit and launched Nelson's career. Farron shares that singer's sound, with a doubled r, and it has a warm, easy rhythm.
