Immortal, or beautiful morning
Persian anushe means immortal or everlasting, and by extension sweet. Sanskrit offers Anusha as a variant connected to Anuradha, a lunar mansion, and a reading involving a bright morning. Both languages have the name in genuine use, and a family in either could have arrived at it without reference to the other.
