Our story of Alleigh
The -leigh ending came into girls' names from English place names and surnames, and it was carried to glamour by an actress. Vivian Hartley, making her stage debut in the 1930s, borrowed the middle name of her husband, Herbert Leigh Holman, and became Vivien Leigh, Scarlett O'Hara and Blanche DuBois. Alleigh takes that ending and puts it on the friendly Allie, so the name reads with a little ceremony and sounds as easy as ever.

Fashion outlook
Alleigh sits outside the current charts, and that is its own kind of answer: naming cycles can only date the names they carried up. A name this rare has no decade stamped on it — it cannot go out of fashion, because it was never in.
