Terria
Feminine
Terria looks like the Latin word for the earth and probably is not. What the Latin word did give English is a dog: a terrier is a dog that goes into the ground after whatever is hiding there, and the name of the breed is a description of the job rather than of the animal.

The story of Terria
The terrier is worth a paragraph because the word is so plainly a job description. French made it from the Latin for earth: a chien terrier is an earth dog, one small enough and determined enough to follow a fox or a badger down a hole and deal with what it finds. Every terrier breed in existence was built for that, which is why they are all small, all extremely stubborn and all disproportionately convinced of their own size. The word arrived in English in the fifteenth century and has never meant anything else.

The likeliest source is Terri, itself a short form of Teresa, extended with a vowel in the way American naming extended a great many short forms in the middle of the last century. The Latin resemblance is probably an accident. Terra gave English terrain, territory, terrestrial, subterranean and Mediterranean, which is the sea in the middle of the land — a considerable family of words, none of which has produced a name that anybody can point to.

Fashion outlook
Terria sits outside the current charts, and that is its own kind of answer: naming cycles can only date the names they carried up. A name this rare has no decade stamped on it — it cannot go out of fashion, because it was never in.
