Our story of Roshunda
Thomas Jefferson designed the Rotunda at the University of Virginia as a half-size copy of the Pantheon in Rome, and at the head of his campus, where other colleges put a chapel, he put the library; it burned, was rebuilt and was later restored to his plan. Roshunda was not named for it; it came from the Ro- and -unda names of its day. But it shares its sound with a round room built for learning.

Fashion outlook
Roshunda sits outside the current charts, and that is its own kind of answer: naming cycles can only date the names they carried up. A name this rare has no decade stamped on it — it cannot go out of fashion, because it was never in.
